We have been so busy! We traded in our 1 SUV for 2 pre-owned cars ('09 Matrix for me and a '10
Corolla for Adam.) We get 35 miles to the gallon instead of 17 now on each! And I drive around allot so I'm already noticing a difference.
Then we just put in an offer for our very own first house! The housing market is very good for buyers now and we have been mulling over the idea for almost 3 years. We finally found the right house and hopefully will be buying it for ninety-three thousand dollars. It was recently renovated and was originally bought for two hundred and fifty thousand. So we are getting a great deal!
The only down fall is it a short sale so we have to do allot of waiting to do. I'll keep you updated and I'll post pictures as soon as I can!
This was Logan's first Easter with a real big chocolate Easter bunny. Granted other them the fruit juice sweetened fruit snacks, it was the only candy he got. He loved it! Hw also loved looking for eggs at all 3 Easter egg hunts we went to that day. We dyed eggs and made easter cookies too. We had a very fun Easter and after all hunts, chocolate and swimming we all passed out together.=) Hope everyone else had a great Easter too!
