Is he a big kid now?

Logan walked out into the livingroom yesterday and told me he had to "poo" and pointed to his butt. I checked but nothing. He ended up going about 3 mins after telling me. Which would have given me enough time to take him to the potty. I just had not realized that he was actually telling me had to poo, dumb mommy! I tossed around the idea of potty training after he spent the whole day informing everytime he was about to poo or pee (He is better about telling me when he has to poo). I decided that we would start playing the game a bit as long as he liked it. So I ran out and bought a new training potty, he hated it! He has however gone pee yesterday and today on the big potty! So I bought an Elmo training seat to go on the big potty. I also bought him Elmo undies...so cute!! I bought them more for cuteness then anything else. It's not like I can trust him to not to go in them yet. He really loves wearing them, he walks around pointing to his undies saying, "Elmo!" "Elmo!" . So, it's cute supervised fun!

Why we eat eggs

Logan eats two scrambled eggs every morning. I have been wanting to spice it up, not that he complains but it seems so boring. So today I made homemade organic oatmeal with frsh fruit on top and a little almond milk. He just ate the fruit off at first and then he got into...really into...and then he was really not eating at all..

It has been in the 40s and 50s here which is really cold for us. So I have been bundling Logan up everyday. Here are some photos of Logan and Ryder before we went out for the day.The picture above is not very good quality but I love the face Logan is making in it. It maked the picture worth putting up!

Valentines Day at the Zoo!

We went to the Zoo on Valentines day! It was $5.00 instead of $18.00 for Valentines day weekend! We only went Sunday but if they do this again next year we might do it both days. Logan loved the animals, his favorite were the Flamingos! He liked the noise they made and how bright they are. (I'm guessing he didn't actually tell me all that.Haha) He really loved the Girraffes too! He is positive they go, "Rawr!" Another favorite was the Carousal, he went on it twice and he still didn't want to get off. It was a fun beautiful day at the Zoo!

Logan was happy watching the Flamingos for so long! We stood there for about 25 mins.

Pirate Park!

We love this park! Logan has mastered climbing up the jungle gym and throwing himself down the slide all by himself. It's very scary, Adam and I take turns catching and going up with him. We had a nice family day at the park together. Check at this first photo, I caught this right as he was climbing up the slide. If I took time to photo shop it would be amazing. He looks like he is looking out and thinking about the world. Very cute, if i do say so myself! I love taking photos but now that I have Logan, that love has gone to an extreme! hehehe.
